Booking and Cancelation Policy

50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking.

48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations otherwise your booking deposit will be retained.

Repeat no-shows (more than once) will have to pay the full service in advance.

I pride myself on the level of service and dedication to each and every one of my clients. When you book an appointment, I set aside the time just for you.

If you cancel with late notice or simply do not show up at all, it impacts on me significantly and inconveniences the other clients than have been turned away.

Booking an appointment is considered acceptance of the Cancellation Policy.
